Pod Simulator

Members who remember: every member keeps their own history and their own calendar

Every date on this page is a simulated date

Every member has a private calendar. Their "today" is whatever their simulated clock says, and you are the one who moves it forward. It is not tied to the real date, so one member can sit three weeks ahead of the member listed directly below them.

The real date right now is loading.

Sessions and the last focus are read from each member's own timeline. "Not signed up yet" means exactly that: the member exists, but nobody finished their onboarding, so they have no program and no session can be run for them. Open the member to sign them up.

These are the same questions the pod asks at onboarding. Anything you leave unanswered gets the same placeholder a half-finished real onboarding would get.

This is what decides the split at signup. Left blank, the member trains like a guest, with no weekly cadence at all.
Where this member's private calendar begins. Leave it blank to start them at today's real date.
Body parts this member is injured in, week after week. Not "my shoulder hurts today": that is a question the pod asks at the start of every session.
A hard rule a trainer set on this member, in your own words, e.g. "No overhead pressing" or "Only ever has 40 minutes".
The pod writes this note itself as it gets to know a member. Seeding it here lets a brand new member start out as if they had been coming for months.
